Old Kent Road Surgery 

The Old Kent Road Surgery is home to an NHS general practice providing a comprehensive range of medical services to a multi-ethnic population in a friendly, comfortable and modern, air-conditioned premises.

The practice has been in existence since the establishment of the NHS in 1948 and has been located in several sites and moved to its present location in 1994.

Parking

Patients can use free parking for up to two hours in the Tesco car park alternatively for one hour and a half in the Lidl car park. Paid metered parking can also be found in the surrounding streets i.e. East Street, Marcia Road, and Congreve Street.

Access

Ground floor consultation rooms have no internal restrictions to the movement of patients in wheelchairs which includes disabled WC. There are additionally consultation rooms on the first floor.

The practice takes pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run many clinics for chronic disease care and offer a wide variety of other medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, childhood vaccinations, travel vaccinations, smoking cessation clinics, sexual health and well-person check-ups.

 

IMPORTANT NEWS:

All patients have received a letter asking them to complete a confirmation of address form. This is required by the Health Department to keep your record updated and to keep you registered with the practice. Please complete the form and return in the envelope as soon as possible. Thank you!
